Leadership development plan

 Write a leadership development plan for yourself integrating the following seven items: Please choose three to five of the leadership tests in our Northouse book (for example, the Skills Inventory on page 67) and use the results for a thorough analysis in the leadership plan. Present each one in your plan with an analysis of each. Take the Motivational Gifts survey (http://www.gifttest.org/) and analyze your results. Servant leader self-assessment (take each of Patterson’s Seven Servant Leadership constructs and write a paragraph about you and your leadership for each one) What your strengths and weaknesses are and how you will address them. How you should balance work and family, and what scripture says about the role of the leader and the leader’s home. Your role in a global society.
