Focus on the first two sections. The first two sections of a doctoral study are known as the doctoral study proposal. The proposal establishes the rationale for conducting the study, including a review and analysis of the relevant literature, and describes the design and methodology that will be utilized for the study. Students work with their supervisory committee to develop the proposal, consulting the specific university-approved doctoral study checklist indicators that will be used to organize the doctoral study.
