Informal Report for Samsung Case

 1. Read, “Samsung Electronics Canada Inc. – Growth through Opportunity Identification” (available on course website) 2. Submit an individually written 3-page report ****************************************** The case assignment is to be prepared using the informal report format (outlined in your lab manual and discussed/practiced in labs). Do not need to write the alternatives. Recognize that what you are writing is a proposal for a solution that doesn’t have specific alternatives that the decision-maker wants you to consider. The body of the case should be a maximum of three (3) pages (double-spaced, one-inch margins, times roman 12 point font) with the exception of the memo heading which can be single-spaced. A maximum of five additional pages may be used for exhibits. A separate page to 1.5 pages (not included in the page limits just described) may be used for references and a two paragraph explanation describing the most important elements of the feedback you received from Pearson and specific examples of how you changed your write-up as a result. This will be evaluated as part of the quality of your writing, as explained on the rubric. You are not required to source course material or case content unless it is not common knowledge, i.e. data found in lab manual or case unless you are quoting content.
