Individual Report on Departmental Performance of HOTS Hotel

The hotel name is AS HOME and the hotel leve is three -four star level my hotel room is level 2 first part, you need to write three parts. firstly, you need to write summarise the performance of my HR areas, analyse ROCE (about 300-350 words). secondly, you need to write analyse the effectiveness( 150-200 words). thirdly you need write highlight both positive achievements as well as weakness(100-200 words) second part you need to write to develop strategies required to maximise overall revenue for my hotel. third part you need to provide recommendations to other magers in my team of the issues my believe they need to consider in their respective departments.
