Human Resource Challenges

In this assignment, students will analyze a significant HRM problem in a public or non-profit organization of your choice. You should have some familiarity and access to the organization throughout the semester because you are required to interview internal stakeholders. The paper should analyze the problem using course and outside material, provide a recommendation to the HR manager of the organization, and discuss the implications for HRM generally. Several elements of the project will be submitted throughout the semester. These include: Problem statement What organization are you examining? What is the topic and why is it important to HRM? What is your tentative solution?
