HRM Simulation team paper

 At the conclusion of the HRM Simulation, your team will conduct a Management Audit of its performance for the two-year duration of the Simulation. The Management Audit is a 10 – 15 page team analysis paper with charts, graphs, and detailed narrative explanations of how your team implemented their strategies in an attempt to achieve their goals. For instance, if obtaining a high level of employee morale was one of your unmet goals, your paper would provide a thorough description of your team’s attempts to improve employee morale and outline possible reasons why you were unable to significantly improve it. Alternatively, if reducing accidents was a goal that your company achieved your paper would explain the efforts that were taken to successfully improve the safety of your organization. Do NOT include your actual quarterly reports in the paper.
