HR-Non-Discrimination Policy
Consider yourself a new HR Manager working for a global company in several Asian markets. You are currently hiring new employees; therefore you are in a critical need for a Non-Discrimination Policy. What will you include in your Non-Discrimination Policy, and why? • Use peer-reviewed articles to defend why you would not discriminate on the bases of race, color, gender, national origin, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression. • Discuss women’s rights, equal pay and sexual harassment protection, and why… In addition to fair pay and better working conditions (defend with peer-review articles). • Also, use journal articles that discuss the working conditions and human right laws to explain how a non-discrimination policy will protect women; migrants; ethnic minorities; indigenous people; disabled; impoverished; and disadvantaged. Note: You are only discussing what you will include in your non-discrimination policy, and defending the reason why?
