How do you measure corporate environmental sustainability?

You have worked on the literature review before I will attach it). What I need now is to a 2 more pages consists an answering the following questions: 1- How do you measure corporate environmental sustainability? Are there international benchmarks that determine this? 2- What are the barriers or limitations that prevent a company from implementing corporate environmental sustainability?
