Health Class Reflection
You will be required to write on the four chapter topics involving stress, psychological health, exercise, and weight management. Each of these four topics requires a one page minimum (double spaced) reflection on each of the topics. This paper should reflect what you’ve learned from these topics and how you plan to apply them to your lifestyle. This can be done in many ways, so the expectation is that you bring meaning by finding ways to connect the topics discussed with what you’ve learned and how you can apply this new information to better your lifestyle and/or make the necessary changes to add quality and longevity to your life. You should also include a reference page reflecting any resources and/or references used to connect with the course content.
