Case 3 : Vance Case 7.2 – “HCN Supervisory Training Needs” This case analysis should be approximately 3 double spaced typed written in length maximum. You should briefly (half page at most) provide a summary of the case. Your case should identify the salient issues addressed in the paper, along with answering the questions associated with the case. In addition, you must demonstrate, in your narrative, salient points associated within your assigned readings, include referencing of authors and page location when referencing is used. Outside references are also fine but should not be used as a substitute in place of content from your assigned readings. Note a balanced mix of both assigned readings and external references is probably the best. There is no magical number of references. Also, please make sure you review your grading rubric as your products will be assessed on the cases on content, support/logic, and quality of the prose. The case study is in the book below.
