Global Logistics Management- Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA)
This involves understanding and assessing a self-chosen existing company and its supply chain processes/practices, particularly, in terms of the ‘six’ drivers of supply chain performance (to be covered during week 3)—facilities, inventory, transportation, information, sourcing, and pricing. More detailed guidelines will be posted, as a separate document, by the end of week 3. Your final class project report will be graded based on such criteria as: (1) relevance of the self-chosen topic (i.e., company) given the nature and subject of the course; (2) completeness in addressing all the required areas (i.e., ‘six’ drivers); and (3) clear organization and natural “flow” of writing (with few or no grammar or spelling errors). Scholarly knowledge must be cited correctly using the APA (American Psychological Association) style guide. See below for term project report guidelines.
