Formulate Responses to Cultural and Diversity Challenges

Select and analyze two current (post-2010) scholarly articles on leadership topics that illustrate the concepts of cultural and diversity challenges. Then, draft an analysis for each article in this week’s readings that addresses the following: Summarize the author(s) key points and conclusions. Provide your own thoughts and conclusions regarding the article. Integrate current theoretical perspectives on these challenges to leadership. Support your findings with this week’s readings as well as additional research. Support your assignment with at least five scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
