CLASS: Finance and Higher Education Each team member will be assigned a higher education executive-level role and will be asked to make observations and identify potential courses of action from the assigned perspective. You will prepare a paper with the following sections: Scope of the Problem – Identification and summary of the key issues Perspective by Function – Observations and potential courses of action from the perspective of each executive Options Considered – Top 2-3 options considered with the benefits and downsides for each option thoroughly discussed Recommendation – Final recommendation with rationale for choosing that course of action Role – Chief Academic Officer
