Examine 5 factors that influence the various factors on law enforcement officials’ level of work satisfaction.

The following paper will examine the factors that influence the various factors on law enforcement officials’ level of work satisfaction. Specifically, use the Level of Work Satisfaction Scale (WorkSatisfaction Scale) as my dependent variable. The five independent variables to  examine include the following: 1. Job stress measured with the Stress Scale (StressScale) 2. Supervisory Support measured with Supervisory Support Scale (SuperScale) 3. Job title/position measured by whether the officer is in a patrol or non-patrol position (patrolvnonpatrol) 4. Attitudes toward the officer’s agency measured by the Work Satisfaction Scale (OrgCommitScale) 5. How work life affects family life measured with the Work Family Conflict Overall Scale (workfam)
