Evaluate Nehemiah’s communication to the King, the people of Jerusalem, and those who tried to stop the rebuilding of Jerusalem
The Book of Nehemiah illustrates how one man can impact his whole nation. Through the use of several managerial skills, Nehemiah coordinated resources, financial and human alike, to create great change. Though Nehemiah had many great leadership skills, he also possessed many wonderful managerial skills. One managerial skill is communication. During this period of significant change, evaluate Nehemiah’s communication to the King, the people of Jerusalem, and those who tried to stop the rebuilding of Jerusalem. Then, choose at least 5 more elements that made Nehemiah a great manager and clearly link them to the managerial role. Support your chosen elements with biblical references. Use peer-reviewed journal articles or the textbook to thoroughly discuss each element. Assess how these topics create a successful manager. Your paper must be 5–7 pages (excluding the title page and reference page). Current APA format must be used, but no abstract is necessary. The paper must include at least 3–5 peer-reviewed references that are less than 5 years old.
