Ethical Dilemmas

 Ethical dilemmas in homeland security and emergency response are increasingly requiring sound solutions and professional training. For this paper, you will formulate solutions for solving ethical dilemmas in emergency planning and response. Using all of the information you have learned in the Homeland Security and Emergency Management program, write a paper that addresses the topic of ethical dilemmas. Begin by explaining how these dilemmas impact the professions. Next, select an authentic ethical scenario that has occurred in either one of these professions. Summarize it, and formulate a solution for solving that dilemma. Conclude with a discussion of where you see the issue of ethics in the future.
