Ethical Connection
Read the Ethical Connection Recent disasters in the United States, including the September 11th 2001 terrorist attacks and Hurricane Katrina, exposed the lack of awareness of the need for plans to accommodate those persons with disabilities in the evacuation and disaster plans.
