The topic has been approved and got an ethic approval for the following research questionsPURPOSE OF RESEARCH The purpose of this study was to improve customer satisfaction through good customer relationship in ASO. RESEARCH OBJECTIVES Arising from the purpose of study, the research objectives were to: 1. Examine the current CRM process in ASO. 2. Identify the CRM gaps in ASO. 3. Determine the effects of the gaps on customer satisfaction in ASO. 4. Recommend and implement a CRM strategy to address the problems identified. RESEARCH QUESTIONS 1. What are the current CRM practices in ASO and how can it be enhanced? 2. What are the CRM gaps in ASO? 3. How do these gaps affect customer satisfaction in ASO? 4. What CRM strategy can be implemented to enhance customer satisfaction in ASO?
