Empordà
Each team of students has been assigned a specific region of Northern Spain to conduct research on its wine, food and culture, or an historicaltopic of interest to the wine industry. The case studies focus on marketing challenges faced by the winery. TOPIC IS- Empordà: Describe the appellation, terroir, history, climate, varietals, and characteristicsof the wines, food and culture. (with emphasis on the wine and marketing challenges they face)
