Employee level of satisfaction
Develop a survey instrument to be given to employees to define the level of satisfaction they have about working for their company. Administer the survey to five to ten people who work outside of the home and for someone else (not self-employed); they should all work for the same organization (can be a corporate, nonprofit, association, any kind of organization). The survey should be no more than ten questions and should focus on the quality of work life, in order to gauge satisfaction. Collate the answers. NOTE: Link to www.employee-satisfaction.com (Links to an external site.) Links to an external site. for good examples of questions. Look around the site for extra information. 2.) Attach the questions and the raw data that you have collated as part of the assignment. You do not need to include the completed surveys, just the questions, and collated raw data. 3.) Write an Executive Summary (using only bullet points) of your findings with your recommendations to Management on how to improve the company based solely on the results of your survey. An Executive Summary runs three to four pages long and captures just the highlights and trends of the survey. Utilize percentages rather than raw numbers. For example, if eight people out of ten approve of their boss’s communication style, report that as 80% of those surveyed approved of their supervisor’s communication style. The summary does not need to address every question result. All question results are attached separately (see number 2).
