Effective Communication for Criminal Justice Professionals – Information Sharing

 After the events of 9/11, federal agencies were required to share information between them and with state and local agencies. This information sharing began to take shape at that time. Based on your readings, do you feel that information sharing has either improved, remained the same, or improved and reverted back to a limited element of sharing between agencies?
