P: Working Adults (compare nurses working on a medical surgical floor to nurses working in the emergency room-see feedback from instructor below) I: Stress management at work C: No stress management at work O: Lower burnout levels ( If you write about this further, be sure to address what you mean by “burn out”. What definition will you use.) T: 8 months •Write a paper discussing the EBP project. •Introduce the reason for the PICOT question. •Present the PICOT Question and the acronym in the paper. •Discuss the hierarchy of literature and what was available for your topic. •Summarize the research that answers the PICOT question. •Analyze the results and recommend the best practice for the PICOT. •Propose an implementation of the evidence to improve practice. I like the paper you already wrote. Please use it and merge some kind of way like the example I will attach. I will attach the paper you wrote and the example of the kind of paper needed.
