Part 1 Tasks (Objectives from Weeks 1–4):
• Research the traditional method, Agile scrum, and Kanban methods • Differentiate between traditional and Agile methodologies • Discuss advantages and disadvantages of each methodology • Create project plans using the waterfall and Agile methods • Include project processes, WBS, change management, stakeholder management, and communication management for the waterfall and Agile scrum methods • Add in monitor and control project performance based on the waterfall and Agile scrum methods. Part 2 Tasks (Objectives from Week 5): • Include all of the IP content from Weeks 1-4, and update the IP content based on instructor and students feedback. • Discuss different cultural and organizational environments for the waterfall and Agile scrum methods. • Examine key cultural and organizational changes that need to happen when transitioning from a traditional approach to an Agile environment. • Discuss role and responsibility changes during the transition from traditional to Agile methods. • Discuss project success criteria for both waterfall and Agile methods. All of the new Week 5 content should be around 1,500 words. Submit a Word file (using the same Word file from Weeks 1–4) and the MS Project files for project plans from Week 3. The complete Word file should total 15–20 pages, including the work from Week 5.
