Who are the principal actors of concern related to the threat from WMD, and briefly what are their specific activities as discussed in the readings? 3. Arguing from a DoD perspective, what is the best definition of WMD for the U.S. Armed Forces? Briefly discuss why other definitions should be excluded. WRITING PROMPTS #2. In light of readings above, respond to the following three writing prompts with 50-150 words for each prompt: 4. Describe DoD’s CWMD end states and the priority objectives for achieving them. 5. Describe DoD’s strategic approach, or the ways DoD will achieve the CWMD end states. 6. The 2014 JP 3-40 (currently under revision) names USSTRATCOM as the global synchronizer for CWMD planning, but DODD 2060.02 reflects the Unified Command Plan change for the CWMD mission. Which Combatant Commander now has global synchronizer responsibilities related to DoD CWMD activities, and briefly list those activities directed in the readings?
