Contingency Theory of Leadership – Researching Its Role in Shaping Organizational

This paper will involve an extensive and integrative literature review/critique of a relevant area of research. It should be initiated only with the instructor’s approval of the chosen topic. The intent of this requirement is to produce a manuscript of publishable quality. For assessment see Appendix A. A final paper should be between 20-30 pages double spaced, times new roman, 1 in margins, APA style, NOT including title page, abstract, and references and have between 20-30 references from the journal list posted on eCollege.
