Description

Define and discuss the concept of a culture of health. Explain the relationship between health and a community culture of health. Discuss the RWJF 10 Principles for a culture of health and their place in creating a culture of health at the community level. Describe how these principles can be applied at the community level to promote a culture of health through the use of an interprofessional cross disciplinary team. Talk about how a culture of health will work to improve the health status of the community as a whole, and of its individual members.
