Close Study of Text – “The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time” by Mark Haddon

This is a Year 12 (Final School Year) English HSC Assessment Task. There are 3 parts to the task. 1. Conceptual Engagement – Write 5 introductions (approximately 250 words each). The questions are on the 3rd page of the outline and are from past Year 12 HSC papers. (Years 2017, 2015, 2013, 2011, 2010). 2. Writing – This will be an in class essay, meaning I will need to reproduce the essay in an exam. The question and stimulous is on page 4 of the outline. It needs to be approximately 1000 words. 3. Reflecting – This is reflecting on the essay that you just wrote, the scaffold is on page s 5 & 6 of the outline. This needs to be approx 700 words. I have attached all class handouts and notes I have on the topic.
