This is a 4 part epidemiology assignment. the first part, is to come up with your own clinical scenario, create a related PICO format question and then to look up and research systematic reviews, randomised controlled trials or the appropriate information related to your clinical scenario and answer your own PICO questions. this is 300 words. the second part you are given a clinical scenario and cochrane systematic review of randomised controlled trials about a particular medication in relation to your clinical scenario patient. you must asses the risks and harms involved with the medication according to the cochrane review and if it is appropriate — word limit 300 words. the third part is to state the TWO most IMPORTANT strengths or weakness in terms of bias of the given review. the fourth part is the most important and is worth the most amount of marks!! you must pick a randomised controlled trial from the given list of 4 and critically appraise and judge the evidence in terms of risk of bias, blinding loss to follow up and if it is trustful source for clinical decision making. word limit 1,300
