Change Management Paper- From real estate developer to project management company

Please see the attached documents before bidding ! The aim is to form a Paper describing a detailed proposal for a Change Program for an existing company. The guidelines are attached along with the structure of the assignment. I will also send all the article references that needs to be used. I sections beginning from organization diagnosis” needs to be written (Around 4500 words). I have written the sections before that. I will also send the company overview and some other sections I have already filled once the deal is agreed. DIAGRAMS/CHARTS has to be provided for MOST SECTIONS. The proposed company is a real estate developer and will change to be a full project management company.
