Paper details Cover page not needed ( if there is a charge for cover page); One reference page is needed; three pages of content concerning the Kotter Stage model. The paper is to be about a change plan, telling what to do to accomplish the change needed in the organization. The organization is a life insurance company. Management has decided that the department that I work in will have to do away with one of the systems that’s used to process work, all processing will be designed and developed for all processing to be done on one system( our newer and updated system. The paper should illustrate how Kotter’s model can structure the plan of change. I will send references and further instructions once I’m advised if someone can write the paper.
