 THIS IS A REFLECTION PAPER!!!!!!! Visit the Center for Creative Leadership website at https://www.ccl.org/. Click on the Research and Insights tab, then to See All Articles. Choose two articles to read and present within your reflection paper. The paper should include a review of the articles you read, why you chose them and your reflections on each. Provide the links to each of the two articles chosen. Writing criteria from professor: Please use 1 inch margins, font size 12, and double space. Be sure to reference class materials and properly cite. Also take time to proof read for grammar and typos. Expected length of paper is important. If its to be 3 pages –  three pages of writing not a few sentences onto the 3rd page or taking up a half page for title and author information. The paper should be minimum of 825 words long
