Part 2: Based on the case study •Identify two of the conflicts in the case and the stakeholders in each •In each disagreement, identify each party’s position, and what if any common ground they have. Use a separate Conflict Resolution Planning Guide for each conflict. •Brainstorm possible resolutions and their potential outcomes. •Choose your best solutions for each and describe the agreements on the forms. •For each of the two conflicts, name the model you most closely followed to reach your conclusions
