Please write Questions 1 than your answer, question 2 and then your answer and question 3 than your answer Question 1 Matthew displayed significant symptoms of irritability, which can be challenging in making a differential diagnosis in children because it is a feature of several disorders. Although the case study indicated that Matthew was diagnosed with Bipolar II Disorder, there were other disorders that likely were on your mind as you read through the case, most notable Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder (DMDD). Based on the DSM-5 criteria, compare Matthew’s symptoms to both the bipolar disorders (Bipolar I/II, Cyclothymia) and DMDD and discuss what your conclusion would be as to Matthew’s primary diagnosis. Question 2 As you reviewed this case, you likely identified a number of interacting factors that contributed to the development of Matthew’s difficulties. Develop a case conceptualization that integrates and summarizes all these factors. Make sure to identify all factors that apply.
