Can the enforcement of corporate environmental sustainability by the government produce a positive impact on the environment
Research question is: Can the enforcement of corporate environmental sustainability by the government produce a positive impact on the environment by specifically focusing on the implementation of the fit-out phase of a project? I want you to write about the following topics; 1- What are the sustainable materials in fit-out / construction phase? 2- Disadvantages of not using sustainable materials on the environment? 3- Benefits of being sustainable other than the environment. 4- Reasons of why companies in many countries are not yet sustainable? Give examples of different countries what they id what worked what id not. 5- If the government enforce it will it actually help? how? why? whats happening now.(reference other developed countries that use sustainable materials in fit-out/ buildings. 6- In which phase of a project that it’s most important to use sustainability in the project? how will it effect the project? 7- How other governments enforced icon it’s companies? 8- Reference little on (the cost of using sustainable materials. Why companies not implementing explain the reasons). All references must be journals no books. You can use one or 2 books max. Keep in mind i’m focusing on the implementation of fit-out phase (in design or finishes of the interior).
