Apply risk management to a workplace hazard

Apply risk management principles, framework and process to an organisation which must manage the risk associated with work conducted by young people (i.e. less than 25 years old). Include the roles of the leadership team and operational employees. 1. Plan: Review the AS/NZ ISO31000 and plan how each of the ‘Principles’, ‘Framework’ and ‘Process’ can be applied to organisations which must manage the risk of work conducted by young people (i.e. less than 25 years old). 2. Literature review: Review and summarise up to 10 contemporary peer reviewed papers concerned with effective risk management and/or managing work conducted by young people (i.e. less than 25 years old). 3. Report: Present your findings in a report, which describes the prevention and management risk of by work conducted by young people (i.e. less than 25 years old). Include at least the following sections/headings: Abstract; Contents; Introduction; Literature Review; Risk Management – Principles; Risk Management – Framework; Risk Management – Process; Recommendations; Conclusion; References.
