App for measurement of sentiment in the workplace
The paper should investigate and explain, why there is a need for companies to be able to measure the overall sentiment on the workplaces. It could perhaps take the approach that it is costly for companies to have unhappy employees, which could lead to stress and thus an economic loss for the company – thuss the need for an mobile app to measure said sentiment in order for the companies to act pro-active on negative sentiment.
