Dretzke The Final Assignment includes two parts: Problem 11.9 in Spatz (p. 245) and narratives or written explanation/interpretation of the scenario and the test results, including statistical and practical outcomes. Please copy and paste your Excel summary tables in a Word document, and then provide an essay addressing the questions. Please refer to the Session 5 presentation “ANOVA” to assist you with this assignment. Participants with an intense fear of snakes received one of four treatments. Some worked with a model who handled a four-foot king snake and encouraged others to imitate her. Others watched a film of adults and children who enjoyed progressively closer contact with a king snake. A third group received desensitization therapy, and a fourth group received no treatment, serving as a control group. The next slide shows the number of times each participant approached a king snake after treatment. Was there a difference in effectiveness of the treatments? Which treatment was more successful?
