Analysis of the steel industry; as a trading house

You are an intern at Duferco International trading holdings, a steel trading company; the largest in the world which is part of the DUFERCO group. Their main business is steel trading but they have other fields on business like energy, engineering, real estate etc. www.duferco.com You must to write a SWOT analysis, a PEST analysis and a Porters 5 forces analysis of the company and finally a critical analysis and overall insight rewarding the position of the company and its potential 3-5 years from now. This is for a Dissertation for a high level Masters in Entrepreneurship and International business and needs to be taken with the utmost seriousness and preciseness. I need Extremely Critical Analysis taking into consideration every minor detail.
