Firstly, after introduction the paperwork should explore the leadership theories and Ethics in the education field in literature section. Secondly, the project should evaluate the qualities of leaders and the system that have been used in the college. to do so the project should use a qualitative approach, making interviews with the leaders in the college to identify the main problems and the position of the organization, and it should be clear that why I use this methodology. moreover, there must be a small discussion for the result. furthermore, the project aims to come out with recommendations to apply it in the college which would have major effect on the performance of the work and the quality of services in future. the literature review should include source such as ( Northouse, Ethics Effectiveness: The Nature of Good Leadership).
