Accounting issue : business memorandum

 Pretend that the new Toshiba CEO has asked you to write a business memorandum that does two things: 1. Provide a list of every ethical issue or concern you can identify from the Toshiba accounting scandal. You are free to use additional resources, so long as they are properly cited. 2. Provide an overall “solution” to the ethical issues posed. By “solution,” I mean that the student must identify possible ways that the participants could have, or should have, addressed all the ethical issues that you listed. Be comprehensive, but do not exceed 1,500 words.
