Include the educational achievement of students with hearing loss in the areas of academics and communications skills. Also compare and contrast the total communication method of teaching communications skills to the auditory, oral and manual communication methods. 2. Distinguish between the terms “blind” and “partially sighted (low vision).” How does vision loss affect educational achievement and social development? Include a position in favor of or opposed to the inclusion of students with vision loss into general education schools. Defend your position.
