The topic is “The risk management of highway PPP project in China” I have an idea that you can use WBS-RBS method and questionnaire method in the risk identification part. You can first list all risk factors by WBS-RBS method, and then select some more important risk factor though questionnaire. I will give you a questionnaire I designed in materials. You can do any change on it if you want. Then in the risk assessment part, you can discuss how to assess these risk factors. Use some model? And then finish the other part.
