You must discuss and identify the issues, then create a communications plan to address the situation. I have attached an example of the format plan for you to follow entitled, “Group Communication Plan Example”. For the purpose of this course, please use this format. I am particularly looking for the same elements in your plan – that is: situation analysis, research, target audience, objective, strategies and tactics, and evaluation. Please include ALL these elements. Also incorporate SWOT Analysis into your plan – Strengths, Weaknesses and Opportunities and Threats Here Is A Rubric That Reveals What The Paper Should Have 1.) Does the plan give sufficient situational analysis/background? 2.) Are target audiences identified and if necessary defined sufficiently? 3.) Do you list enough options and plans to do sufficient research to properly support the plan? 4.) Do you list at least 3 to 5 objectives with clearly defined strategies for each and tactics (to do items) for each for getting it done?
