EEO litigation

Go to http://www.eeoc.gov/eeoc/newsroom/index.cfm and select a recent EEO litigation settlement/judgement. Select a case that has been settled or a judicial decision reached. That is, do not select a case in progress. Review the case you selected. In a well written paper of at least 500 words:  Identify the case you selected  Summarize the issue(s) presented in the case,  Identify the relevant EEO laws, and  Explain why the court ruled as it did (or basis for the settlement)  Explain how the company/organization might have prevented this lawsuit/charge in the first place  Explain the changes that should be made by the company to be in compliance or to meet the requirements of the court/EEOC. Use APA page layout format: Double line spacing, 1” margins (right margin is ragged), 12-point font (Times New Roman or Arial). Ensure that your name is on your paper.
