During class in Session 4 we will discuss the Accor case in some depth and we will entertain class recommendations regarding the digital marketing of the brands involved.In addition, we will endeavour to examine any updates or additional public information available on Accor, its managed brands, travel trends and customer behaviour. You may or may not agree with the class consensus and should factor this into your argument. Please provide your analysis and strategic/tactical recommendations regarding marketing of the Accor brands considering aspects such as the use of online travel booking services, geography, target audiences, positioning, value propositions, channel strategy and communications strategy. Please write this paper as if you were providing recommendations to senior management at Accor’s headquarters in Paris.
