Action Implementation Paper

Students will complete a minimum 10-page action implementation paper in APA format which demonstrates the student’s ability to apply the material learned in this class to the criminal justice issue selected. Based upon the preliminary information gathered in the assessment and resource evaluation paper, the student will develop a plan for changing the law enforcement agency and addressing the selected issue. The plan should include each of the areas discussed in this class to promote change in the real world and specific steps to be taken. General discussion of what needs to be done is unacceptable, rather what specifically needs to be done, who will be contacted, how will funds be obtained, what key players need to be brought on board, etc. This is not a comprehensive list, only suggested topics.
