The Hospitality Project Report (Dissertation) Each project will be assessed, in the first instance, by the individual’s supervisor. In addition, a second member of staff will assess the work. In the case of unresolved disagreements between the assessors, a third person will be nominated by the Co-ordinator to assess the work. Projects may also be submitted to the external examiners. Projects will be assessed using the Project Marking Sheet
