GM Looks to Jump-Start Cadillac-Again

Why has Mary Barra been successful with many GM brands but less so with Cadillac? 2) What else can Cadillac try? What moves can GM make with Cadillac that they have not sufficiently made so far? How else might Cadillac surpass the four luxury brands currently above it in market share? 3) Based on your reading of the data, should GM simply shut down the Cadillac brand in the US while expanding it in China?
