Small group communication

 Students will submit his or her critical assignment case study paper in Blackboard. Demonstrating an ability to critically think and apply what you are learning will be vital to receiving the best grade possible. The case study will demonstrate the student analyzed a potential problem or situation to develop a small group to produce a positive result, or resolution based on a synthesis of research including concepts and theories and incorporating a foundational faith based perspective to implement the proposed plan in the case study. The potential problem or situation must be a real world opportunity at their church, employer or in their community. The student will need to determine all parameters that need to be addressed in order to develop the small group, its leadership, project timeframes, group dynamics, and potential outcomes. The paper must include 10 total small group communication concepts (must include two theories and 8 concepts at a minimum).
