In this written essay, I have to present and reference the source of the case study. Based on the case study, I then have to establish the prior situation that led the patient to the hospital, for example, the patient was admitted to the hospital for a broken hip resulting from a car accident. Upon being admitted to the hospital, the patient was medically assessed and determined to be completely healthy.
